"Pretty flowers, but the fee caught me off guard"
I ordered from avasflowers.net i was happy at first because the flower prices seemed fair. Then I got a little annoyed when the extra service fee popped up later than I expected — not enough to ruin the order, but enough that I was like, “Wait, why wasn’t this shown earlier?” The flowers did arrive on time and looked really nice, so that made me feel better about it. I’d probably use them again, I just wish the full total was clearer from the start.

"Flowers arrived fresh and looked beautiful"
I ordered from avasflowers.net for my mom and was relieved when the flowers showed up looking really fresh. I had the receipt and confirmation email saved just in case anything went wrong, but there was no need to use them.
The bouquet looked full and pretty, with bright colors and no sad or droopy petals. My mom also mentioned they smelled really nice, which made me feel like I picked a good one.
It’s been a few days now and they still look great sitting on her table. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality and would order from them again.

"Showed up on the promised day"
I don’t put a ton of faith in all the polished “we’ll keep you updated every step of the way” kind of company talk, so I was mostly just hoping the flowers would actually get there on the day they said. The tracking was a bit slow and had me checking more than I wanted to, but in the end they did arrive on time. Not super early or anything, but they got the job done, and I’m happy with that.

"Trying to order was more frustrating than I..."
Trying to order was more frustrating than I expected. The website kept pushing add-ons like every site does now, and then the extra fees didn’t show up until later, which always makes the whole thing feel a little shady. Checkout did work in the end, but the process felt messy and kind of annoying.

From what I remember, the flowers looked similar to the ones I picked out online. One of the colors had to be swapped, but they called me first to check, so I didn’t mind at all. My mom ended up really liking them, which was the main thing.

"Took a Bit, But They Made It Right"
The flowers I ordered were nice overall, and I appreciate that the company was responsive once I got in touch. That said, I did have an issue with my order and had to follow up a few times, so the refund process felt slower than I would’ve liked. Still, they did eventually sort everything out, and I’m glad they followed through in the end

“I thought they were a local florist. Bc when I typed in the city and Avas Flowers popped up. They are NOT a local company and they are NOT a florist company per se. The Real business name is Flowers Tech Center, Inc. ..doing business as Avas flowers. They are out of New Jersey and they contracted florists in your local areas nationwide. They don't make the bouquets and the ones on the website are nowhere near to what you're getting. Which is CRAP! LEFTOVER flowers thrown together LAST minute and supposedly delivered fresh from their warehouse..FRAUD & SCAMMERS! Use your local florists or buy them from your grocery store which would be much better and NOT costly. Save yourself time, money and headaches from rude customer service reps and all you get is the run around and lies.”

“scam, i believe. false advertising for sure. Promise same day delivery, and that wasn't delivered on. Additional next day delivery times provided weren't met.”
